Does anyone know where/if I can buy gluten free flour etc?or resturants that serve gluten free meals?

Health Gate in Central sells rice, potato, soy, tapioca, amaranth and buckwheat flours. Plus gluten-free pancake, chocolate brownies and bread mixes. It also sells G-F baking powder and baking soda.

Among its other G-F products: bread, pretzels, pizza shells, instant rice noodle soup and pasta.

Healthy Delight, also in Central, has a number of G-F products, including quinoa pasta.

Little Giant, in Causeway Bay, carries many gluten-free products: self-raising flour, mixes, biscuits, sweets, etc.

And Life Cafe in Central sells and serves healthy vegetarian foods, including many G-F dishes. Here is its menu, made to make your mouth water!

The owner/maitre D at Chedi Thai restaurant is very helpful in suggesting good options on their menu.

BTW, "All Things Healthy", the place in the Centrium moved to other premises before closing down.
