I am a big fan of the pan handler however I am in need of the following:

-double acting backing powder (non china brand)
-powder food coloring
-malt powder

Is there anywhere in Hong Kong I can find these things? I have checked ThreeSixty, CitySuper, Taste, Gourmet... The lot and I cannot seem to find them.

They source the same quality of products from the same factories but simply change the name on the finished product... so you get same quality for a much lower price.
