Printer needs repairing Posted by bluey (333 days ago) Does anyone know where to get a printer repaired? I could go to the provider service centre but it's over 3 years old. It has barely been used though and is a printer, scanner and photocopier in one so dont really want to buy another one until i have ascertained how serious the problem is! (I am based in Hong Kong) Find what you are after in our Kuala Lumpur A-Z Directory  Posted by Thames (325 days ago) If it's an HP, I had a similar problem when fax function packed up but all the others were fine. If I recall correctly, the service centre rep suggested over the phone a price which was roughly the same cost as a new (albeit cheaper) model just to look at it, with no guarantee it could be repaired. So I went out and bought a new one. No waiting, and I didn't have to lug it to and from their repair centre. :( (I am based in Hong Kong) |
